RETURN/REFUND POLICY

All Four Winds Praise Flags products are made to order and/or custom created specifically for each customer. Because of the personal and handcrafted nature of our items, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on custom or made-to-order items.

Please review all order details carefully before submitting your request. If you have questions prior to purchasing or placing a custom order, we encourage you to contact us so we can ensure clarity before production begins.

If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the situation and make it right where appropriate.

PROCESSING POLICY

Each worship flag is prayerfully designed and handcrafted with care. Because of the custom nature and spiritual intentionality behind each piece, processing times may vary.

  • Standard processing time: 4–6 weeks

  • Timeline may vary depending on design complexity, custom details, and current order volume
     

Processing time begins once payment is received and all custom details have been confirmed. You will be notified when your order has entered production.

UNITED STATES SHIPPING POLICY

We ship all orders via standard carriers within the United States unless otherwise specified at checkout.

  • Shipping time: Typically 3–7 business days after production is complete

  • Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control once the package has been shipped

If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please check with your local carrier before contacting us.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

We are pleased to offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout and may vary based on destination.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country's customs authorities. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Please note that international delivery times may be affected by customs processing and carrier delays, which are beyond our control. Four Winds Praise Flags is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or local postal services.
